The film cannister is a really nice fit into the ID of the NC.  The kevlar is on the outside but since it's
several strands it doesn't deform the cannister too much and allow BP gases to sneak by.  If you're concerned
about BP gases getting into the payload section, rub some plasticene modeling clay into the joint and around
the hole the e-match lead pokes out.
