This is a can of tepanol.  It's roughly the consitency of Karo syrup - 
if you've just removed your Karo syrup from the freezer.

It's more like fast moving creamy peanut butter or STP© engine oil treatment
The stuff is messy, sticky and smells like 3 day old diapers.

We said "Fergit that, let's stick it in a syringe and see what happens"

Our Tepanol dispenses like a dream and is surpremely easy to meter.

Generally you figure about 0.20% to 0.05% Tepanol by weight in an AP/HTPB mixture.
At these ratios our 2 ounce syringe will do a minimum of 63 pounds to 252 pounds of APCP propellant.

You can buy the can and find a screwdriver to open it, a popsicle stick to dispense it, a rag to pick up the inevitable dribbles, and a hammer to close it ...
