Group of Mandrels currently in stock.  Not shown is the semi-cylindrical Viper2 mandrel which is teflon coated, 86.875" long with a diameter of 2.38" at one end and 3.55" at the other end.

Teflon coated Aluminum Mandril with "cruciform" pattern. This mandrel is the bottommost unit in the group photo above.

Dimensions:

2.94" across x 57.5" long tapped for 1/2-13 at each end to aid in extraction after curing.

Teflon coated Aluminum Mandril in cylindrical pattern. This mandrel is the topmost unit in the group photo above.

Dimensions:

2.63" diam x 2.77" diam x 57.5" long tapped for 1/2-13 at each end to aid in extraction after curing. It has a slight taper to the mandrel as indicated by the two different diameters to allow for extraction after the curing process.

Teflon coated Aluminum Mandril in cylindrical pattern. This mandrel is the slender middle unit in the group photo above.

Dimensions:

98" diam x 1.31 " diam x 55.875" long tapped for 1/2-13 at each end to aid in extraction after curing. It has a slight taper to the mandrel as indicated by the two different diameters to allow for extraction after the curing process. In the right hand picture the steel extraction fixture is shown threaded into the mandrel.  Not all mandrels include this extraction fixture.
