Perfect for any composite project. These tows were designed for the pulltrusion process and are coated with Silane to promote wetting and adhesion of resin. Useful in a filament winding machine but are also handy to have on hand where small strips are necessary to improve strength or bulk.
Really does the trick when snipped into 3/8" long strands and mixed
in a cup with epoxy. The tow wets immediately then cures to form
a lightweight structural mat or filler.
