Model #2.5 will lubricate o-rings up to 2 1/2" in diameter.  The foam pads are saturated with grease.  Properly lubricated 0-rings will keep out moisture, dust, and will maintain vacuum in evacuated watches or your other fine product.  Great for use on rubber or plastic. Rubber will not deteriorate!

There is sufficient grease impregnated in the foam pads to lubricate hundreds of o-rings.

Ideal for use on sealing jaws of impulse bag sealing machines. A light swipe of the LS747 "Lubricant-on-a-Stick"© leaves a coating of #7 lubricant on the Teflon fiberglass jaw covers.  This light coating prevents your poly bags and tubing from sticking to the sealing jaws. We keep one in a bag pinned next to each impulse sealer in the shop for handy periodic lubrication - just a swipe is good for oodles of bags.

"Lubricant-on-a-Stick"© can also be used to reach into equipment and wipe a coating of silicone into o-rings or any other surface that needs a superior lubricant.  Great for use on watch back covers without removing the o-rings. 

This handy swab is perfect for lightly lubricating sticking weather-stripping around the house and in the car. A swipe of the pad on rubber parts keeps your weather-stripping from sticking to glass or metal surfaces, especially important on today's cars with tight seals.

#33 is an extreme low temperature Lithium-Silicone Grease

Operating Temperature Range:   -100 F to +355 F

Lubricant for lightly loaded ball bearings, instrument lubricant. Terrific for use on metal, plastic, and rubber; particularly good on equipment that operates over a wide temperature range. Great for paint ball markers as the grease won't freeze up like other lubricants. 

Resists oxidation, moisture, corrosive atmospheres, wide service temperature range, good plastic and rubber lubricity. 

Applications:  Lubricating freezer cart casters, cold room conveyor equipment, meters, electric clock motors, plastic sleeve bearings, air control valves, switch mechanisms. Also for carbonic service, liquid air, cryogenic apparatus, and general extreme cold applications. In paintball markers DC #33 is the lubricant of choice due to its extreme cold capabilities. 

#111 Silicone lubricant is a synthetic, odorless, tasteless, tenacious and waterproof. 

Operating Temperature Range: -70 F to +400 F 

Product is approved by FDA Regulation 21 CFR 175.300 and NSF Standard 61 and complies with those standards. 

Applications: Lubricating plug valves, pump packings, sanitary valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, automated valves, rubber and plastic o-rings.  Perfect for sealing vacuum and pressure systems (especially outdoor equipment subjected to washing and harsh environments) and damping medium (removable potting compound) in dash pots for electrical equipment. 

#7 is resistant to oxidation, thermal degradation and a broad range of chemicals. #7 is an excellent mold release for all applications where silicone release agents are appropriate.

Operating Temperature Range: -70 F to +400 F 

Because #7 is inert to rubber and other elastomers it is particularly useful for lubricating O-rings, gaskets, and seals in pumps, mixers, valves, electrical connectors, splices, terminations, switch gear, battery terminals, auto ignition components, a myriad of other electrical devices - and it seals out moisture. 

Applications: In ovens, fan bearings and a variety of other high temp applications #7 exhibits superior stability, durability and high resistance to washouts in waterproof applications. Perfect for gun slides and trigger mechanisms in all firearm applications.

#976 HiVac Silicone Lubricant is the finest grease available for all vacuum applications. The perfect stopcock high vacuum silicone grease.

Operating Temperature Range: -40 F to +400 F 

Special properties:  Non-melting, non-gumming, extremely wear resistant at all temperatures, excellent chemical and thermal stability, 

Applications:  Sealing waterproof watches, lubricating pinion gears, high vacuum pump bearings, chemical processing equipment, lubricate plug valves, glass and ceramic cocks, fire extinguisher valves and fittings, flow meter bearings, seals all vacuum and pressure systems, lubricate synthetic gaskets and o-rings, binocular, telescopes, and other lens assemblies.

Bostik© Never-Seez® White Food Grade with PTFE is a premium quality lubricant composed entirely of ingredients which meet FDA requirements where incidental food contact is possible. It has been approved by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for use in establishments operating under the Federal Meat and Poultry Products Inspection Program. The unique dispersion of FDA authorized PTFE provides additional lubricity especially where a thin film of lubricant is desirable.
Never-Seez White Food Grade with PTFE is virtually odorless, colorless, and tasteless. It is a "multi-purpose" lubricant for varied services within a food handling plant.

Dow Corning © 200 Fluid is a polydimethylsiloxane polymer that is clear, essentially nontoxic, nonaccumulating, nonbioactive, nongreasy, and nonocclusive. It is impervious to rancidification, nonstinging on skin, tasteless, with a soft feel and subtle skin lubricity. The 200 fluid has low temperature serviceability, low toxicity, low vapor pressure, good heat stability, and good leveling characteristics with easy rubout. The addition of Dow Corning© 200 to dry or stiff mixtures eases mixing and decreases the amount of time and effort necessary to completely blend individual components into homogenous compounds.
